I'm Christian Fronk — with over 15 years in the trenches of IT and agile organisations. I've worked hands-on as a Product Owner and Business Consultant, and on the coaching side as an Agile Coach and Scrum Master. I've worked across the full spectrum: fast-moving startups, established mid-size companies, and today I work at one of Europe's largest IT organisations.

That range of experience taught me one thing above all: the gap between how teams are supposed to work and how they actually work is where everything gets interesting. Bear Paw Games is my way of closing that gap — one game, one app at a time.

I build the tools and games I always wished existed.

The bear paw is a nod to Berlin, my home city. The bear has represented the city since 1280, and the colours red and white have been part of Berlin's identity ever since — through centuries of Prussian kings, German emperors and cold war division.

When I'm not coding, I'm outnumbered at home — one wife, two daughters, and a dog with strong opinions, especially about the supply situation.
